The taste of this sourdough is so rich - roasted garlic and fennel seeds make it a perfect addition to a warming savoury meal. Like the rest of our bread, it is made with our starter and is slowly fermented in a cane basket.
Keep it in a cool dry place and enjoy within 5 days (or slice and freeze it for later).
