It took a few months of tweaking the recipe until it felt right: complex, rich and earthy flavour of malted wheat, barley and rye with added seeds, spelt and rye flour, as well as untreated white makes this light and smooth, almost buttery golden colour sourdough bread irresistible. It's made with Plantissimo sourdough starter and slowly fermented in a cane basket.

Organic three malts seeded flour (with sunflower, sesame, linseed and pumpkin seeds)
